House Rules

Welcome to Casa Vicente - Tagaytay!

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

UPON CHECK IN:

• Please settle the security deposit of (Php 1000) to the caretaker or G-cash it to  E****e S* A** 0917-505-5011.

  This will be given back once everything is checked and cleared.

• Please be sure to keep the keys properly. Lost keys would be charged.

• The main door key is the circular blue tap key.

  • To open, gently slide the black pad guard and tap the key on the number  5 keypad.

  • The slim ones are for the rooms and the remaining would be for the restrooms.

• You may park one car inside and the rest outside. Don’t worry, our CCTV has it under surveillance.

• The gates would be closed but not locked should you want to head out.

DURING YOUR STAY:

• Maximum: 9 guests

• Pets are allowed (max. of 2 pets)

  • Small pets are allowed; Medium to large breed are not allowed

  • Php 588/pet (should be settled upon booking)

  • Must wear diaper during the whole stay.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

UPON CHECK OUT:

• Please be sure to leave the towels, blankets, and pillows where you got them.

• Inform caretaker of anything that was consumed or accidentally broken. Please take full responsibility and be honest.

• Please allow caretaker 20-30 mins. to check before you leave.

• Surrender the keys to the caretaker.

KITCHEN RULES

• To open the induction cooker:

  • Long press the lock button until the lock function is OFF

  • Long press ON/OFF button below the lock

  • Once turned on, click the preferred stove and adjust the heat (+ / - )

• Island Bar:

  • UPPER HALF: Complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and such

  • LOWER HALF/REFRIGERATOR: Snacks for sale. Prices are indicated on each packaging.

• Consumption will be charged from security deposit.

• Instructions to the water dispenser is provided

  • 1 free 5 gallon drinking water

  • ADDITIONAL: Php 100

LIVING ROOM RULES

• Please close the window screens when not viewing or taking pictures to avoid insects.

• Netflix, YouTube and Disney+ is available

  • But you will have to use your own account.

• Karaoke directions are found on the shelf below the television.

  • Karaoke is only allowed after 10:00 PM at minimal volume

• Remote for ceiling fans have labels behind to avoid confusion with the one for the kitchen.

BALCONY RULES

• Both rooms have access to the Lounge Balcony.

• To open balcony doors:

  • Gently twist until the lock is released.

• Do not leave the balcony door open when lounging. Strong wind might accidentally slam the door and the glass might shatter.

• Please keep the doors locked when no one is outside.

REMINDERS:

• CCTVs are running on public spaces at all times (i.e. parking spaces and lounge balcony. Remaining spaces are kept private).
